Los Angeles County Bar Association, International Center for Dispute Resolution and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators are delighted to invite you to a conference entitled International Arbitration in the Pacific Rim on Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Los Angeles County Bar Association Headquarters, 1055 West Seventh Street, Suite 2700, Los Angeles, CA 90017-2577. This is a whole-day event that will serve as a platform for exchange of thought provoking ideas in arbitration in the Pacific Rim. A focused discussion on cutting edge practical issues will be coupled with a wide range of topics.We will have roundtables; workshops and mock hearings with leading international arbitrators and practitioners from the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, England and the United States who will provide attendees with an opportunity to understand and hear personal accounts of trends and legal developments in arbitral law and practice in the Pacific Rim region.

The conference will be preceded by an opening reception hosted at the American Arbitration Association headquarters 25 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017 on May 9, 2013.
